An economical, very fluid medium temperature filler metal for use with copper, brass and bronze. Withstands moderate vibration. Fast Flow.
Fos-Flo is a copper-phosphorus alloy used for brazing copper-copper or copper to copper alloys. It is commonly used for HVAC applications where a more economical or free flowing alloy is required, though its ductility is lower than the silver bearing copper-phosphorus alloys and therefore should not be used where critical impact or vibration stresses are encountered in service. Where improved ductility is required, Sil-Fos 15 is recommended.
